A Test Covid-voyage document has been circulating for some time in the city of Mbandaka (Ecuador). A denunciation made by the provincial director of the large laboratory of Mbandaka, Mr. Fabien Impanda.
According to the source, his signature had already been hacked at the cybercafés of the city of Mbandaka which take the luxury of issuing false papers for all those who take flights to Kinshasa.
According to investigations, these false papers are sold at $10 instead of $30, an amount set by the National Institute of Bio-medical Research (INRB).
After these denunciations, the security services are asked to get their hands on these bandits who are involved in fraud in the management of public affairs. With the issuance of false Test Covid travel documents, there is an enormous risk that the pandemic will spread not only in Equateur province but also to other provinces in the country.
The provincial director Impanda also pointed out that only the large laboratory in Mbandaka is authorised to carry out the tests thanks to the reagents offered by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
