Jean-michel SAMA LUKONDE KYENGE, the new Prime Minister appointed by Head of State Félix Tshisekedi received this Saturday, February 20 at the Congo River Hotel in Kinshasa, the President of the MLC, Jean Pierre BEMBA GOMBO.
The leader of the Movement for the Liberation of Congo came to congratulate the new head of government, according to his statement to the press at the end of the audience. « I have come to congratulate the Prime Minister for his appointment as Head of Government and encourage him in the new task and challenges facing him for the development of our country, » said the former vice president of the DRC.
This meeting is therefore a positive signal when one considers the political influence of this leader, observers agreed. It should be recalled that the new head of government is holding meeting on Monday for the formation of his government which will be, as he announced to the press on the day of his appointment, a small team compared to that of his predecessor Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba.
