The Martin Fayulu’s political party EcidE and attempted to demonstrate this Friday, February 19 in front of the Rwandan embassy in Kinshasa. They demand the expulsion of Ambassador Karega, whom they accuse of interfering in the internal affairs of the DRC.

The demonstrators were quickly dispersed with tear gas with some arrests including Prince Epenge, one of Martin Fayulu’s communicators.

It should be noted that in reacting to the remarks made by Martin Fayulu who claimed that the DRC is led by Rwandan President Paul Kagame, the Rwandan ambassador to the DRC described the remarks made by the president of EcidE as irresponsible. This reaction angered supporters of the unfortunate candidate in the last presidential election who decided to march this Friday.
