The mayor of the commune of Bandalungwa (Kinshasa) was arrested on Thursday, February 18 at the National Intelligence Agency (ANR), according to corroborating sources.
The head of the reputed ambient commune of Kinshasa was questioned for nearly two hours on the « mysterious » appearance of a Monolith on the Bakayau crossroads. A monolith which created panic throughout the capital and also attracted the attention of the inhabitants of Kinshasa who, without understanding anything about it, ended up burning what some people called a mysterious Monolith.
It should be noted that when the governor of the city passed through the place, Gentiny Ngobila, in order to appease the spirits, suggested that the metal work of art known as the Mysterious Monolith was the work of Mayor Bayllon Gaibene and not the other way round.
